What we handle.
Bad door and window installs cause water damage, drafts, and premature failure of every other system around the opening. We flash properly, insulate the gap, and finish the trim inside and out so the opening looks like it was always there.
Product selection
Double-hung, casement, awning, slider, and picture windows, plus entry, patio, and storm doors. Wood, vinyl, or aluminum clad. We help you pick based on the house and the climate.
Removal & framing
Old doors and windows come out cleanly. If the opening's framing is rotten or wrong, we fix it before the new one goes in.
Flashing & sealing
Proper flashing tape sequence, backer rod, and sealant. Water sheds where it's supposed to, not into the wall.
Insulation
Low-expansion spray foam around the frame. No gaps for drafts, no bulging that jams the sash.
Interior trim
Casing, stool, apron, and paint- or stain-ready surface. Matches the rest of the room, not obviously new.
Exterior trim
Wrapped or wood trim, caulked and painted. Weather-tight and finished.
