Our Story

A builder with a
builder's name on it.

Tree Life Property Management LLC was started because Jackson deserved a residential builder who answers the phone, shows up on the agreed day, and finishes the job the way they said they would.

We're a small team, licensed and insured, that treats every house we work on like it's someone's home, because it is. Whether it's a full remodel or a single roof replacement, the standard is the same: do the work the right way, and stand behind it.

That's not a marketing line. It's why we can pick up the phone on the first ring, why our estimates match our invoices, and why homeowners, property managers, and agents keep calling us back.

What We Believe

Four things we won't compromise on.

Our name is on it.

Every project carries our name and our license. If something isn't right, you know who to call, and it'll be us who answers.

Every home, we'd move into.

If we wouldn't want to live in it, we don't build it. That standard sets the tolerances for everything from framing to the last coat of paint.

Simple estimates, no surprises.

The number in the estimate is the number on the invoice. Change orders happen only when scope changes, and only after you say yes.

Small team, one point of contact.

You won't be handed off to three project managers. Same team from first walk-through to final punch list, so nothing falls between the cracks.
