What we handle.
A roof is the single most important system on the house. Do it wrong and everything under it suffers. We tear off down to the deck, replace what's failed, and install architectural shingles with proper flashing, ventilation, and cleanup.
Full tear-off
Old shingles and underlayment come off. We assess the deck for damage before anything new goes down.
Deck repair
Rotten or damaged OSB is replaced. No shingles ever go over compromised sheathing.
Underlayment & ice shield
Synthetic underlayment across the field, ice-and-water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations.
Architectural shingles
Manufacturer-approved installation with proper nail placement, exposure, and course alignment.
Flashing & ventilation
New step flashing at walls, boot vents, and ridge or box vents sized to the attic volume.
Cleanup & warranty
Ground swept with magnetic sweeps, gutters cleared. Manufacturer's material warranty plus our workmanship warranty.
